O Sun,

Your light and heat creates sustains destroys
all existence on this planet.

Without You we cannot live.

No conscious being is greater than You.

So great, yet so humble,
You toil untiringly on our behalf
sunup sundown no pauses no vacations
ever serving Divine Cosmic Law.

Ceaseless worker for humanity,
You teach us devotion to duty,
work as worship,
selfless service to all.

O eye of sky,
shining unconditionally
on everyone and everything,
please give more of us
the light to see
we are all One,
though each one of us
is differently expressed…

O Almighty Sun,
please grace us
to glow,

we are each a ray of You.

O faithful friend,
may we look at You
and see our Self,
so that we can be
as suns
on a sunlit Earth.
