Sun-attunement Day
The theme of the day is: “When Saturday can also be a Sunday!”
The purpose of the Sun-attunement Day is to experience the Sun Revelation for ourselves.
The “Sun Revelation” is what Surya calls her experience that our Sun has,
besides its physical energy, a subtle energy of enlightened consciousness.
The Sun’s subtle, spiritual, transformational energy contacted, uplifted, helped spiritualize,
and ever inspires Surya, as she described in her first book.
Surya suggests that the Sun’s subtle energy is available to inspire, uplift,
and help spiritualize any person who is willing to open his or her mind
to the possibility of consciously attuning with our Sun’s enlightened consciousness.
Program
The day’s program will include various Sun-practices and the singing of sacred Sanskrit Sun-mantras.
Together we will perform together a havan, a sacred fire ceremony dating from ancient India.
In connection with the energy to be invoked,
participants will practice silence for the largest part of the day.
The day of Sun-attunement and silence retreat also offers participants
a breather in the busy existence of everyday modern life.
The day will be an opportunity to come to rest in ourselves
and to re-discover ourselves as the per-suns we are.
The language of the day will be Dutch.
